Wynwood Bay is a high-end residential tower in Edgewater, Miami. Situated minutes from Wynwood, Brickell, and the Design District, it offers a premium lifestyle with panoramic waterfront views and refined urban living.
Design Direction
We created a clean, contemporary identity that reflects the elegance and calm of the brand. The logotype combines timeless structure with modern detail. A minimalistic icon set, natural textures, and a warm, earthy color palette convey both luxury and tranquility.

For Wynwood Bay, we developed a custom geometric pattern inspired by the architecture and rhythm of Miami’s skyline. The overlapping diamond shapes convey structure, elegance, and movement — key attributes of the brand’s identity. The pattern is used across digital, print, and spatial applications, creating a cohesive and instantly recognizable visual language.
Its refined repetition and symmetry not only echo the building’s design but also elevate the sense of understated luxury throughout the brand experience.
